Our primary goal during mitigation is to stop the damage from spreading. We focus on stabilization and drying to protect your property from secondary issues like mold.
1. 24/7 Emergency Response
2. Response time of 12 hours or less
3. Water extraction & Cleanup
4. Sewage cleanup
5. Sanitization, deodorization, and disinfection
6. Professional commercial drying equipment (Dehumidifiers, Air movers, Air scrubbers)
7. Moisture readings and monitoring
8. Photographic documentation
9. Debris removal related to mitigation
Not Included
This Mitigation Service does not include any rebuilding, repair, or restoration work.
Specifically Excluded:
1. Repair or replacement of drywall.
2. Repair or replacement of furniture or personal belongings.
3. Any construction, rebuild, or restoration work of any kind.
Note: Mitigation is strictly limited to drying, cleaning, and stabilization. Mitigation services are limited strictly to drying, cleaning, and stabilization of the affected area. Mitigation is intended to stop further damage and does not include repairing damage caused by the water loss.
